PROTEIN!

The Power of Protein: “Protein is made up of building blocks called amino acids. There are so many benefits to eating enough protein in your diet. But you might not realize that it not only aids in performance and building muscle, but a higher protein diet can also give you a leaner body composition which means less body fat!

  • Chicken
  • Turkey

  • Fish
  • Lentils
  • Dairy products
  • Protein powders and bars

  • Broccoli

  • Mushrooms

It’s hard at first to get used to eating a diet high in protein, but you will get used to it. The changes you will see in your performance and body will make it worth it.
