This program is for advanced level CrossFitters. It includes weightlifting, gymnastics and conditioning. It is laid out for one week, which you will repeat and progressively improve on your effort each week. Adjust the repetitions and difficult level of each exercise to challenge yourself and continue to see progress.
Always track your work and practice good technique. Make sure you warm up well and take care of your mobility.
