Beginner & Intermediate CrossFit Program



This program is suitable for beginner and intermediate CrossFitters. It does NOT include advanced gymnastic movements or high level olympic lifting.

BUT you should be familiar and know the fundamental movements of CrossFit and most exercises performed in CrossFit.

The program includes strength work, engine, and metcons almost daily. This program is laid out for one week, which you will repeat and progressively improve on your effort each week.
