This program was created to be broken up into two training sessions (part 1 & part 2). During Ramadan, part 1 will be your training session before iftar, part 2 will be after iftar.
This program is for intermediate and advanced CrossFitters. You can continue to follow this program after Ramadan as well.
It is laid out for one week which you will repeat and progressively improve on your effort each week. Adjust the repetitions and difficulty level of each exercise to challenge yourself and continue to see progress.
