Description
This program is suitable for more intermediate and advanced CrossFit athletes. A combination of strength training and conditioning. It includes Olympic lifting and gymnastic movements. (It does NOT muscle-ups).
The program is laid out for one week. Which you should repeat and progressively improve on your effort each week. Adjust the difficulty level of exercises/weights to challenge yourself and continue to see progress.
