PULL-UPS Strength Program



A beginner/intermediate level strength program for pull-ups. 

The program is laid out to be performed 3 times a week. Which you should repeat and progressively improve on your effort each week. The program is scalable. You can adjust the repetitions and difficulty level of the exercise to challenge yourself more and continue to see progress.
